Brief introduction of Multiaxial Carbon Fiber Fabric

Multiaxial Carbon Fiber Fabric(Мультиаксиальная ткань из углеродного волокна)

Multiaxial carbon fiber fabric is an advanced reinforcing fabric that uses warp knitting technology to directly stitch together two or more layers of carbon fiber bundles in different directions (e.g., 0°, 90°, ±45°) to form a ready-to-use, non-bending fabric.

Main Characteristics

Multi-directional Reinforcement: Strong in multiple directions at once.

Excellent Impact Resistance: Excellent impact resistance from angled layers.

High Production Efficiency: Speeds up production by reducing layup steps.

Main Applications

Wind Power: Core load-bearing structures such as the main beam of wind turbine blades.

Aerospace: Used for aircraft wings, fuselages, tail fins, and other components with extremely high weight and strength requirements.

Shipbuilding: Used for the hulls and decks of high-performance racing boats and yachts, providing excellent impact resistance.

Automotive Industry: Used in high-end and racing car bodies, chassis, bumpers, etc., to achieve lightweighting and high safety.

Sports Equipment: Used in the manufacture of high-performance fishing rods, sailboat masts, bicycle frames, etc.
